“Matt was terrific. He helped guide me through the home-buying experience: he helped me know what paperwork I had to fill out and by when, and he helped me navigate a water damage issue with the property I was buying. He was extremely communicative, responsible and knowledgeable. He helped me feel safe and get the guarantees I needed from the sellers without angering them. Super professional and friendly. I highly, highly recommend Matt to anyone in need of legal assistance, especially when buying a home.”
